In the Air or Under the Water...LIFE is an adventure!

I really don't know where to start this post other than stating that, "GOD IS SO GOOD!" I have no clue where I would be without Him. He has become my closest Friend and my greatest encouragement...without Him, I could do nothing.

As I look back over the last several month, weeks and even days, I see the fingerprints of His FAITHFULNESS all around me. I don't know how one could live in such a world like we live in today without having a personal relationship with God...all I can think of is that it would be a living hell.

The more time passes the more I recognize I need my heavenly Father. He is so good to give me things that I can never accomplish or do in my own strength. Truly abiding in His presence is the joy of my heart and the delight of my soul!!! :)

Just recently I have had some really fun experiences I wanted to share with y'all so ENJOY...

Treasure the Moments...

I honestly can’t think of where I would be or who I would be without my 4 AMAZING sisters!!! All the way from playing in our woods in Hamilton Indiana as kids, to enjoying each other’s company on “date nights”, I would NOT be the same without them! Yes, I have to say that when I am with my sisters I am the one with the rough edges…lol. J But they do an awesome job putting up with me and loving me just as I am. ;)

About a month ago, I had the privilege of spending some time in Florida with three of them. It was very special being together and the days flew by packed full of fun and adventure. Whether it was kayaking on the ocean spotting dolphins, riding horses into the evening of a warm summer day or visiting my Grandpa and seeing the sponge docks of Tarpon Springs, I loved every minute of it!

I never valued my sisters in the way that I do now. As a kid, I kind of just viewed them as my siblings that I had to get along with; but now, they are lifelong friends that I can’t do without. I love each one of them and God has used them to shape more of Christ’s life in me.
Thank you girls for your investment in my life…I will never be the same because of it!!!

Here are some pictures of our time together…

Blessings...can you count them?

Blessings…

Can you measure your blessings? Can you count them? What if every blade of grass was a quill, the oceans ink and the skies made of parchment, could you right them all?

If I was to answer this question, I would have to say my blessings are without number just as sand on the see shore is. I am reminded of the promise God made to Abraham in Genesis 15,

“After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward. And Abram said, Lord GOD, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus? And Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir. And, behold, the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir. And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.”

It was from this blessing that the Messiah, Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, entered into the world to save all of humanity!
Oh how blessed we really are…thank God for it!!!!

This weekend I was able to spend time with some of my family in the Panhandle of Florida. WOW…what an encouragement they are and how much fun it is to be with them. Their worth is priceless and their value indescribable, because they are each made in the image of God and called to honor and glorify Him. Praise the Lord!
